We often feel that prioritising our mental well being is selfish. When really it is one of the best things you can ever do for yourself. 

In Counselling you are listened to without judgement and with true congruence from your counsellor. Judgement is left at the door, and all you need to do as a client is be you. Counselling can have many preconceptions, most of which are untrue. 

I am here to walk this journey with you and to ensure that you never feel alone in your troubles. I am here to make sure that I give you the tools to live your best life.
